Bowling Green Kentucky Events

This annual event, often referred to as the world's largest moving automobile event, is a celebration of the American sports car, culminating in a celebration at the National Corvette Museum. Regional caravans form and join other caravans as they travel across the United States to meet friends and family members in Bowling Green, Kentucky. The newly completed Dominion Raceway in Louisville, KY, and others, such as the Indianapolis Motor Speedway in Indianapolis, Indiana, and Daytona International Speedway, Florida, are among the most frequently used tracks.

Get behind the wheel of a 2020 C8 on a 3.15-mile road course built for speed, or take the Beech Bend Amusement Park Raceway. If you love trains, visit the National Corvette Museum, where you can hop on a restored vintage railcar and ride along the tracks. The museum is just a short drive from the museum and the motor sports park, where you can zoom around the circuit in a Corvette.

Take the family to the Chaney Dairy Barn, where you can enjoy freshly cooked ice cream and a visit to a farm and farm animals. Kurtz's Restaurant closes at 4pm, so enjoy the historic charm and great Mediterranean hospitality for lunch.

You can also sit back and enjoy a hiking trail or a historic walk or go on a self-guided route.

All registered hikers will be informed by e-mail about the current registration dates and invitations and invited to activities and events in the coming weeks. All registered walkers have the opportunity to participate in incentives and prizes.

The event will also include a Corvette Hall of Fame roundtable, where new members will be invited to discuss the Corvette's history, history and future. The longest known cave system in the world is located in this area when you visit the area and it is a must see. There is also a cow milking machine, a goat farm, an old school farmhouse and much more. Also on view is a part of the museum, which claims eight classic cars as part of its collection, as well as some of their original parts. On display are a variety of classic cars, such as the Ford Mustang, Ford F-150, Dodge Charger, Chrysler Pacifica, Cadillac Escalade, Mercedes-Benz C-Class, Porsche 911, BMW 3 Series, Rolls-Royce, Ferrari 488 and many others.

Walker, who will collect $150 or more at the start of the event, will receive a 2020 Darkness T-shirt, and all individuals who have collected $15,000 or more in 2019 and beyond will receive $5,500 in 2020. All walkers who collect over $100 and $50 in 2018 or over $250 in 2017 will receive their own t-shirts for the following events. The museum is named after the plan of the estate, so any cumulative donations of $25,000 or more made on or after January 1, 2003 count as donations. In 2019, more than $1,000 was donated to the museum, along with $1 million in additional donations in 2016, 2017 and 2018.
